Lee & Thompson approached Chess Digital to review their intranet, which was then running on SharePoint 2007. Lee & Thompson was looking to rebrand their existing intranet and deal with some performance issues they were experiencing with the current setup. Chess Digital carried out a SharePoint audit and made several suggestions and developments. 

Chess Digital later upgraded their intranet solution to the latest SharePoint 2013. Their intranet primarily served as an extension for their network storage solution using a third party product, allowing users to click and drag files to store within their departmental site. Chess Digital focused around upgrading and migrating all data to SharePoint 2013, designing a new topology to improve the efficiency and speed of search throughout the company.  A bespoke migration plan was developed to detail the process and various environments involved to ensure a smooth migration.

Chess Digital continued our partnership with Lee & Thompson implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 online; allowing them to communicate and manage customer interactions effectively across the business. This solution was completed in 3 stages providing Lee & Thompson with a central area where all client contact information will reside, improving both accessibility and data quality.
