Chess acquires UK leading Microsoft Partner

Award winning Chess Telecom have acquired leading Microsoft Partner IRW Systems

Alderley Edge based Chess Telecom, voted the Sunday Times 3rd “Best Companies to Work For”, have acquired IRW; now part of the Chess Group.

This acquisition will create an innovation leader in next generation technologies within IT and Professional services, heralding an exciting new phase for both organisations.

Chess Chief Executive, David Pollock, sees the acquisition as a key strategic move, 

“IRW Systems have proven expertise within the Microsoft solutions portfolio, cloud applications and technical services arena. Together we are uniquely positioned to deliver a range of consulting and software services to our existing and new customers and partners. The company has over 400 staff; winning more than 35 awards; having improved more than 100,000 customers.

The Chess Group, which was founded in 1993, provides to customers Voice, Connectivity and Networking, IT Services and Professional Services.
